Create HR Incident Actions

As an optional configuration, you can specify the actions that users can select when they add an incident. Actions indicate what might be done in response to the incident, such as a note to file, coaching, or a warning letter.

To create an HR incident action:

  1. Go to HR Admin > HR Incidents and click the HR Incident Actions tab.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter a name and, optionally, a description.
  4. Click Save.
