Configure WGEA Reporting Settings

Before you can report on Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) for Australian employees, you must do the following configuration to make sure that the data is pulled correctly into the report:

WGEA Reporting Settings for Job Assignments

The Job Assignment tab in HR Admin > WGEA Configuration contains a list of all of the job assignments in your organization:

List of job assignments in the WGEA Report Configuration feature.

To configure a job assignment for WGEA reporting, you must select it in the list and then select the WGEA Reportable Position checkbox to change its value to Yes, making the job assignment reportable for WGEA. Then, you can configure the rest of the job assignment's WGEA-specific settings, which are used to record details for reporting.

You can filter the job assignments by clicking Filter and entering your search criteria in the fields provided.
