Before You Begin: Review the information in People Role Security Overview.
To configure People role security:
- Go to HR Admin > People Role Security and select a role in the sidebar.
- In the list to the right of the sidebar, click Add.
- In the Role drop-down list, select the role that the role selected in the sidebar has limited access to.
- Enter an effective from date and, optionally, an effective to date.
- In the Features section for the target role, enable any role features that are required.
- Click Save.
