Configure OSHA Report Header Data

To configure OSHA report header data:

  1. Go to HR Admin > Compliance Reporting > OSHA.
  2. To update an individual location, enter information directly in the columns. To configure data for multiple locations at once, select the checkboxes next to the records and click Bulk Edit.
  3. In the Bulk Edit dialog box that opens, complete the following fields:
    • Company Name
    • Industry Description
    • SIC (Standard Industrial Classification)
    • NAICS (North American Industry Classification System)
    • Size
    • Establishment Type
    • Injuries and Illnesses
    • Average Annual Employees
    • Total Hours Worked
    • Certifying Official
    • Title
    • Phone
    • Certification Date
  4. Click OK and Save.

When you add report header data for a location, Dayforce automatically populates the information in the report parameters when you run the OSHA reports.
