The VETS-4212 Filing Report only includes employees who have a job category assigned to their primary job in Dayforce. The application informs you of missing job categories in the VETS-4212 Filing screen.
Job category is defined in the Additional Job Details section of jobs in the Jobs and Job Assignments tab of Org Setup > Jobs and Job Assignments by selecting an option in the EEO-1 Job Category drop-down list.
