The ability to generate the Illinois pay data report is enabled for roles in the Features tab of System Admin > Roles with the following features under HR Admin > HR Admin > Compliance Reporting:
- EEO: Enables HR Admin > Compliance Reporting > EEO.
- Illinois Pay Data Reporting: Enables the ability to configure Illinois pay data reporting templates, within which you can generate the report. When this feature is assigned to a role, and you go to HR Admin > Compliance Reporting > EEO, the Add button includes a drop-down menu containing the EEO-1 and Illinois Pay Data options. You can select the EEO-1 option to create a template for the federal EEO-1 report and the Illinois Pay Data option to create a template for the Illinois pay data report.
- Illinois Employee Data Reporting: Enables the Illinois Employee Data Report option in the Export button menu in HR Admin > Compliance Reporting > EEO. This report contains employees who are missing hours or pay data.
- Important: Only certain roles should be assigned this feature. The file generated gives access to employee-level data. This file is different from the actual Illinois pay data report, which doesn't identify specific employees. See Generate the Illinois Employee Data Report.
- Illinois Pay Data Reporting: Enables the ability to configure Illinois pay data reporting templates, within which you can generate the report. When this feature is assigned to a role, and you go to HR Admin > Compliance Reporting > EEO, the Add button includes a drop-down menu containing the EEO-1 and Illinois Pay Data options. You can select the EEO-1 option to create a template for the federal EEO-1 report and the Illinois Pay Data option to create a template for the Illinois pay data report.
