To assign the features required for configuring pay zones and pay grades:
- Go to System Admin > Roles and click the Features tab.
- Select the role that you want to update.
- In the feature tree, select the checkboxes for the applicable features. See Features for Pay Zones and Pay Grades.
- Click Save.
Features for Pay Zones and Pay Grades
HR Admin: Enables the HR Admin feature.
- HR Admin: Enables the HR Admin feature.
- Pay Structure: Enables HR Admin > Pay Structure.
- Job Logs: Enables the Job Logs tab in HR Admin > Pay Structure, where you can review pay zone background jobs.
- Pay Zones: Enables the Pay Zones tab in HR Admin > Pay Structure, where you can configure pay zones.
- Export: Enables the Export button in the Pay Zones tab.
- Import: Enables the Import button in the Pay Zones tab.
- Pay Structure: Enables HR Admin > Pay Structure.
- Org Setup: Enables the Org Setup feature.
- Org Setup: Enables the Org Setup feature.
- Jobs and Job Assignments: Enables Org Setup > Jobs and Job Assignments.
- Pay Grades: Enables the Pay Grades tab in Org Setup > Jobs and Job Assignments, where you can configure pay grades, including assigning pay zone differentials to pay grades.
- Jobs and Job Assignments: Enables Org Setup > Jobs and Job Assignments.
- Org Setup: Enables the Org Setup feature.
