Add Linked Leave Records (Germany)

Before You Begin: See Linked Pregnancy Work Ban Leave Periods (Germany).

To link a period of pregnancy work ban leave to an existing maternity record:

1. Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Leave Management.
2. Select the existing maternity leave record in the list.
3. Click Add > Add Linked To Maternity <start date of leave selected>.
4. Enter a start date and, optionally, an end date.
5. In the Reason drop-down list, click Pregnancy Work Ban.
6. Click Save.
