Add HR Incident Records

To add an HR incident record:

  1. Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Employment > HR Incidents.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Complete the fields. See HR Incident Settings.
  4. (Optional) Click View Notes to open the Notes slide-out panel and enter a note about the incident.
  5. Click the collapse icon to close the Notes slide-out panel.
  6. Click Save.
