Audiences in Experience Hub

Who views what hub in Dayforce is defined in the Audiences tab. In Experience Hub, an audience consists of one or more roles or groups or a combination of both roles and groups. Audiences allow you to assign separate hubs for different users in Dayforce. When you configure audiences, you specify which employees belong to an audience based on the roles and groups they belong to. Some employees can belong to multiple groups or have multiple roles (for example, a user can be both a manager and an employee). After you configure audiences, you can assign them to a hub.

You can define multiple hubs that display to different audiences. For example, you might set up a default hub for general company use, and unique hubs for different teams or departments, or depending on the widgets and the type of information that is visible in your hubs, consider if terminated employee roles or any other unique roles should have access, or if they should have access to a different hub. Essentially you can effectively target hub content to more granular audiences. See Set Up Audiences.

After audiences are configured and assigned to one hub, when those employees log in to Dayforce, the application loads the hub page that is associated with the audience they belong to. See Assign Hubs to Audiences.
