Updated Dayforce Benefits to include gender values in addition to male and female. To support this update, the following changes were made to Dayforce:
- In Benefits Setup > Eligibility, the Gender drop-down list was renamed to Assigned Sex for the Employee Qualifier. This field shows the Ignore option by default. Dayforce uses the assigned sex to determine an employee’s eligibility to enroll in a plan option.
- In the Elections tab in Benefits Administration, the Assigned Sex filter was added to the Employee section to search for employees by their assigned sex.
