Before you can configure the Equifax data export, you must add the feature to your user role.
To add the ability to configure the Equifax data export:
- Go to System Admin > Roles.
- Select the role type to configure.
- Click the Features tab.
- Locate and expand the Integrations entry.
- Select the Integrations checkbox, the Data Export Setup checkbox, and the Payroll Data Export checkbox.
- Click Save, and then click Refresh.
If Integrations > Data Export Setup doesn’t show in the navigation panel after you click Refresh, log out and log back in to Dayforce.
When you go to Integrations > Data Export Setup > Payroll Data Export, you will see the following (click the Equifax button to load the toolstrip):
If the Equifax button doesn’t show in the Data Export toolstrip, click Edit, drag the Equifax button to the toolstrip, and then click Save.
After you create one or more Equifax data export configurations, they are shown as a list below the header.
