This topic describes the changes made to Dashboards and Dashboards Pro to support Enhanced Employee Gender.
Dayforce offers two Dashboard solutions: Dashboards and Dashboards Pro. Dashboards is no longer sold by Dayforce, but has been updated to support Enhanced Employee Gender. Dashboards Pro, which is still maintained, has also been updated.
Legacy Dashboards
System views that contain gender information automatically update with the Enhanced Employee Gender changes after a scheduled or manually executed Dashboards Data Preparation background job has been run. After the background job runs, the term gender is updated to assigned sex, and any custom assigned sex values that have been created are also available:
Dashboards Pro
The following dashboards have been updated to support Enhanced Employee Gender. In situations where the legacy Gender Identity field was used previously to determine an employee’s non-binary gender, this will often still be the case, but Dayforce might use the Assigned Sex field as a backup, depending on the dashboard.
