This topic describes the changes that have been made to Compensation to support Enhanced Employee Gender. The updates to Compensation are minor since only the gender pay equality chart tracks gender information.
Gender Pay Equality Chart
The Gender Pay Equality information in Compensation can now show assigned sex values in Dayforce other than male or female, assuming that they’ve been configured by administrators in HR Admin > Employee Gender Admin > Gender.
The following screenshot shows an example of how the gender pay quality chart in the Compensation Cycle Administration screen shows Fluid and Indeterminate because they have been set up as assigned sex values in the gender administration screen (HR Admin > Employee Gender Admin > Gender):
