The Summary tab shows information on the selected survey. You can view the percentages of Favorable Responses by category on the top row. If the survey includes NPS℠ questions, you can also view these values on the top row.
In the sections below, you can view additional information on the following:
- Strengths: Shows the three questions that have the most favorable responses.
- Opportunities: Shows the three questions that have the least favorable responses.
- Employee Net Promoter Score℠: This section is shown if you included Employee NPS℠ questions in the survey. It shows the Net Promoter Score℠ and a bar chart identifies the percentages of detractors, passives, and promoters that make up the score. This metric is a way for your organization to measure employee loyalty.
- Leadership Net Promoter Score℠: This section is shown if you included Leadership NPS℠ questions in the survey. It shows the Net Promoter Score℠ and a bar chart identifies the percentages of detractors, passives, and promoters that make up the score. This metric is a way for your organization to measure the confidence your employees have in their leaders.
- Engagement Level: Shows a breakdown of the percentage levels of employees' engagement levels based on their responses if Engagement Index questions were included in the survey:
- Engaged: Answered at least 80% of questions in the Engagement Index with favorable responses.
- Under-Engaged: Answered at least 60% of questions in the Engagement Index with neutral or favorable responses.
- Disengaged: Didn’t meet either of the requirements above.
- Comments by Categories: Shows the percentage of responses that included a comment, by category. Click the Show All link to access the Comments tab and view the full breakdown of comments and their contents. This section is shown when comments have been distributed to you. See Review the Survey Comments.
Print the Survey Summary
Select the Show Printable Summary checkbox to view a summary of the survey results. Click Download as PDF to download and print a copy of the results.
