In the Survey Results tab, you can view a breakdown of responses by question. Responses are shown in three sections, based on the question type: Responses, NPS℠, and Open Ended.
You can sort the results in the Sort By drop-down list, by:
- Categories
- Results
In the Responses section, Dayforce shows a percentage breakdown of the responses by sentiment:
- Favorable: Responses of Strongly Agree and Agree on the five point scale.
- Neutral: Responses of Neutral on the five point scale.
- Unfavorable: Responses of Strongly Disagree and Disagree on the five point scale.
In the NPS℠ section, Dayforce displays the NPS℠ gauge.
In the Open Ended section, Dayforce shows a list of the questions that are configured with this answer type. To view details about the responses, click a question in the list.

Click any question in the Survey Results tab to view a detailed breakdown.
For questions in the Responses section, the detail summary shows the breakdown of favorable responses for the question, and a list of comments respondents left to the question, if the number of comments meets the configured threshold.
For questions in the NPS℠ section, the detail summary shows the Net Promoter Score℠ and a bar chart identifies the percentages of detractors, passives, and promoters that make up the score.
For all types of questions, the detail summary shows the comments that were left in response to the question, if the data anonymity threshold has been met. Each comment in the Comment section might be associated with an icon in the Sentiment column.

Role feature access: Engagement > Allow export results
Click Export Results to queue the export job. The file is delivered to your inbox when it’s ready.
