The Analysis tab shows several key segment breakdowns of the responses to the questions included in the survey.
In the Responses section, questions are shown by category. You can expand or collapse each category by clicking the triangular icon next to the category name.
If NPS℠ questions were included in the survey, they are shown in the NPS℠ section.
You can control which sections are shown by selecting or clearing the Show checkboxes:
You can view a breakdown by key segment by selecting it in the Key Segment drop-down list. The key segment criteria are shown as columns in the tab. Hover over a value to see a detailed breakdown.
Note: The configuration of key segments in Dayforce determines what values are shown in the Key Segment drop-down list. See Define Key Segments.
The heat maps show the absolute change in percentage of favorable responses between the current view and the overall organization's results or the targets selected for comparison. If the survey is configured to show comparison values, you can toggle between views by clicking the Value/Comparison switch:
Each view shows you the following:
- Value: Shows the percentage of favorable responses received for each question in the Responses section, and the Net Promoter Score℠ in the NPS℠ section.
- Comparison: Shows the delta between the current survey view, compared to the selection in the Comparison drop-down list, which has the following options:
- Overall Organization: Dayforce shows the absolute change in value between the selected view in the current survey and the results of the overall organization.
- Survey Targets: Dayforce shows the absolute change in value between the selected view in the current survey and the configured custom targets.
- None: Dayforce doesn’t show comparison data.
