In the Publish Results tab, you publish results and comments to managers or other users with access based on their organizational level. Organizational level identifies the tier associated with each manager in the organizational tree that was defined for this survey.
The organizational roll-up is configured in the Organization tab of the survey in Engagement Setup > Surveys. See Edit the Organization Structure for Surveys.
You configure access to summarized results at levels above manager's organizational levels in the Access tab of Engagement Setup > Results Setup. See Configure Access to Survey Results.
To configure a filter, click Filter and enter one or more values in the settings. To select all rows returned by the current filters, select the checkbox in the header row.
To publish the results in the Pending section, select the checkboxes in the appropriate rows, click Publish, and then select an option in the drop-down list:
- Results Only: Publish only the results to the appropriate organizational levels.
- Results and Comments: Publish both the results and the reviewed comments to the appropriate organizational levels.
Note: You must publish results in organizational level sequence. For example, to publish results to Managers who fall in level 3, you must publish results first (or simultaneously) to all leaders who fall in levels 1 and 2.
To publish comments after results have been published, select the checkboxes in the appropriate rows and click Publish Comment.
Managers will receive the appropriate notifications when results and comments are published to them.
