In the screen of Engagement Setup, you can localize notifications for each survey in the survey's Notifications tab. For information about configuring notifications, see Configure Notifications for Surveys.
Localize the Survey Invitation
To localize the survey invitation:
- Go to Engagement Setup and click the screen.
- Open the survey that you want to localize.
- Click the Notifications tab.
- In the Invitation section, click Localize. A dialog box opens.
- Click Add.
- Click the field in the Language column and then select a language in the drop-down list.
- Click the field in the Subject column and then enter the localized text for the subject of the invitation message.
- Click the field in the Message column and then enter the localized text for the message in the text editor. You can apply formatting to the message using the icons in the formatting bar. Apply bold, italics, or add a link.
- Important: Make sure to include the {LINK} token in your localized message to include a clickable link to the survey.
- Click Save.
To localize the survey reminders:
- Go to Engagement Setup and click the screen.
- Open the survey that you want to localize.
- Click the Notifications tab.
- In the Reminders section, select a reminder and click Localize. A dialog box opens.
- Click Add.
- Click the field in the Language column and then select a language in the drop-down list.
- Click the field in the Subject column and then enter the localized text for the subject of the invitation message.
- Click the field in the Message column and then enter the localized text for the message in the text editor. You can apply formatting to the message using the icons in the formatting bar. Apply bolding, italics, or add a link.
- Note: Include the {LINK} token to include a clickable link to the survey.
- Click Save.
