Before You Begin: This section describes localization for questions configured in the Notifications tab in Engagement Setup > Surveys. See Configure Notifications for Surveys.
Localize the Survey Invitation
To localize the survey invitation:
- Go to Engagement Setup > Surveys and select the survey you want to localize.
- Click the Notifications tab.
- In the Invitation section, click Localize. A dialog box opens.
- Click Add.
- Click the field in the Language column and then select a language in the drop-down list.
- Click the field in the Subject column and then enter the localized text for the subject of the invitation message.
- Click the field in the Message column and then enter the localized text for the message in the text editor. You can apply formatting to the message using the icons in the formatting bar. Apply bold, italics, or add a link.
- Important: Ensure you include the {LINK} token in your localized message to include a clickable link to the survey.
- Click Save.
To localize the survey reminders:
- Go to Engagement Setup > Surveys.
- Click the Notifications tab.
- In the Invitation section, click Localize. A dialog box opens.
- Click Add.
- Click the field in the Language column and then select a language in the drop-down list.
- Click the field in the Subject column and then enter the localized text for the subject of the invitation message.
- Click the field in the Message column and then enter the localized text for the message in the text editor. You can apply formatting to the message using the icons in the formatting bar. Apply bolding, italics, or add a link.
- Note: Include the {LINK} token to include a clickable link to the survey.
- Click Save.
