Localize Department Criteria

You can localize the criteria for the Department key segment in the Results > Key segments screen in Engagement Setup. For more information about the Department key segment, see Configure Department Criteria.

To localize the criteria of the Department key segment:

1. Go to Engagement Setup and click the Results > Key segments screen.
2. Click the Department key segment.
3. Click Localize in the Criteria section. A dialog box opens.
4. Click Add.
5. Click the field in the Language column and then select a language in the drop-down list.
6. Click the field in the Name column and then enter the localized text for the criteria name.
7. Click Save.
