To enable role features for the Engagement feature and its related features, go to the Features tab of System Admin > Roles.
Note: There are no role feature or notification subscription requirements for participants to receive Engagement survey notifications. Employees that are included in the organization hierarchy for a survey are included and will receive their invitation. If they should receive the invitation in Message Center, enable the feature as described below. See Enable the Message Center Feature.
Enable Engagement Features for Survey Administrators
Assign Administrators both the Engagement and Engagement Administration features to grant them access to all surveys. Administrators have access to the entire organization tree view as configured for each survey, and can view all results and comments that meet the configured thresholds.

Enable Engagement Features for Managers

Enable the Message Center Feature
To access messages and notifications related to Engagement, users should be assigned access to Message Center. To ensure Engagement messages are sent as expected, you should enable Message Center for Administrators, Managers, and Employees.
To enable Message Center, select the Application Container checkbox, and the Messaging subfeature checkbox under it for each user role.
