Define Survey Branding

In the Branding tab of Engagement Setup > Surveys, you configure the look and feel of the survey and customize it to your company branding. You define your company name, and you can add your logo and background image to the survey. You can also configure the messages displayed to participants before and after they complete the survey.

To add your company name token in the Tokens section:

  1. Enter your company name in the Company Name field. Dayforce replaces the {COMPANY} token in questions, categories, messages, and other survey content to your defined value.

To add your logo and background image:

  1. Enter or paste the location of your logo image in the Logo field, or click Upload to upload a logo.
  2. Note: The recommended size for the logo is 144 x 144 pixels. Please use a JPEG, PNG, or SVG file.
  3. Enter or paste the location of your background image in the Background URL field, or click Upload to upload a background.
  4. Note: The recommended size for the background is 1920 x 1080 pixels. Please use a JPEG, PNG, or SVG file.

To configure the survey colors:

  1. Select the Primary Color, Secondary Color, and Contrast Color in the color selector drop-down lists. You can click the color gradient to select a color, or enter the hex or RGB color values to define your selection.

To configure your welcome and thank you messages:

  1. Enter the welcome text and thank you text in the Welcome Message and Thank You Message dialog boxes. You can apply some formatting to the text, such as bold or italics, or include links.

You can preview the design elements you configured in the Branding Preview section.
