In the Comparison tab of Engagement Setup > Surveys, you define the comparison options for the survey. Dayforce displays the absolute change in percentage of favorable responses between the view selected in the current survey and the results of the overall organization, or compared to custom targets you define, on the survey results in the Engagement feature.
Configure Comparisons for the Current Survey
In the Current Survey section, select the checkbox in the As Comparison column for the Overall Organization row to compare a manager's survey results to those of the overall organization, if managers have been granted access to overall results in the Access tab of Engagement Setup > Results Setup.
Configure Comparisons for Past Surveys
In the Past Surveys section, click the Add button to open the Add Past Surveys dialog box. Then, select the checkbox next to each survey that you want to use as a comparison. To select all available surveys, select the checkbox in the header row. To search for a survey, enter all or part of its name in the Search field.
To remove a survey from comparison, click the survey row and then click Delete.
Configure Custom Targets
In the Custom Targets section, select the Set Targets checkbox to compare survey results to your own custom defined targets.
Configure Targets for Responses
To define values in the Responses grid, enter or select a number in the Target (%) column for each category and question in the grid.
For example, in the past your organization has achieved approximately 80% positive responses for the question "I am proud to work for {COMPANY}." Enter 83.0 in the Target (%) field to target 83% positive responses in the current survey.
If you add target percentages to the questions in a category, the category target percent will auto-calculate to represent the average of the target percentages assigned to all of the questions included in that category.
If you add a target percent to the category, that same value will be applied to all of the questions in the category.
Note: Values are required for all categories and questions in the grid when you select the Set Targets checkbox.
Configure Targets for NPS℠
To define values on the NPS℠ grid, enter or select a number in the Target (NPS℠) column for each question in the grid.
