In the Data Anonymity tab of Engagement Setup > Surveys, you can specify the minimum number of responses and comments required to view aggregated results for a survey.
To configure data anonymity thresholds:
- Enter the minimum number of responses required in the Minimum Required Responses field. Dayforce doesn’t show responses to the survey until the minimum number of required responses has been reached. The default value is 5.
- Enter the minimum number of comments required per question in the Minimum Required Comments (per question) field. Dayforce doesn’t show comments on the survey until the minimum number of required comments per question has been reached. The default value is 10.
To specify how thresholds apply to all users with access to the Engagement Administration feature:
- Select an option:
- No thresholds: The default thresholds aren’t applied. Users with access to the Engagement Administration feature can view full results with no threshold restrictions.
- Apply thresholds to all organizational levels except for aggregated results at the top organizational level: Administrators are exempt from thresholds for aggregated results at the top-most level of the organization for the survey in question, primarily to be able to review all comments at top level and aggregated results. Thresholds apply at all levels for key segments and for all result views as administrators navigate down the view selector.
- Click Save.
