Configure Answer Types

To add a custom answer type:

1. Go to Engagement Setup > Question Setup and click the Answer Types tab.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter the name of the answer type in the Name field.
4. Configure as many options as necessary in the Answer Type Options section.
5. To add an option, click Add, then enter the answer text in the Answer field and select how favorable the answer is in the Favorability drop-down list. Click OK.
5. In the Properties section, you can configure the answer type to show as a scale. To do so, select the Display as scale checkbox and enter the labels for the beginning and ending of the scale in the Scale beginning label and Scale ending label fields.
6. Click Save.
