In the Analysis Heat Map tab of Engagement Setup > Results Setup, you specify the thresholds for the levels in the heat map displayed in the Analysis tab of surveys in the Engagement feature. These levels represent the absolute change in percentage of favorable responses between the current view and the overall organization's results or the targets selected for comparison.
Note: Changes you make in this tab apply to all surveys.
Specify Thresholds for Responses
In the For Responses section, type or use the arrow keys to select a percentage value in the Level 1 and Level 2 fields.
Each level will be displayed as a positive and negative percentage on the heat map, representing the threshold of change. Dayforce displays a preview of the thresholds including their color representation, below the Level fields.
Specify Thresholds for NPS℠
In the For NPS℠ section, type or use the arrow keys to select a percentage value in the Level 1 and Level 2 fields.
