Your Profile

In Profile, you can manage your personal and professional information. You can update your contact details, addresses, and emergency contacts, upload a profile picture, add your pronouns, and review employment-related details such as pay information. You can also maintain your career profile, submit forms such as Direct Deposit or Employment Verification, and adjust your Dayforce settings and security preferences.

Depending on your organization’s configuration and your access, you might also be able to manage settings such as language, notifications, and delegation access, or connect your Dayforce account to mobile and external applications.

To open your profile:

  1. In the toolbar at the top of any screen in Dayforce, click your profile picture on the right-hand side.
  2. In the drop-down list, click your name and user role. Profile opens.

Profile is available in two versions: the new Profile user interface and the original Profile user interface. You can tell which version you have by the layout of the navigation menu to move between screens:

  • In the original Profile user interface, the navigation menu consists of drop-down menus at the top of the screen.
  • In the new Profile user interface, the navigation menu is in a sidebar on the left side of the screen.

Many of the features and tasks are the same in both versions, but the layout and steps for completing tasks might be slightly different. If you’re unsure which version you have, compare your Profile screen to the following example screenshots.
