Your Community Insights

In Career Explorer, you can view several insights for career activity, career opportunities, and skills in your organization. These insights help you to connect with others in your peer community and help you to make a more informed decision when planning for your career.

Your ability to share and connect with your peer community depends on the preferences that you’ve set. When you view the peers lists for community insights, you might see a banner inviting you to change your sharing preferences. Changes made from this banner are saved to your profile but can be changed at any time from the Career Explorer home page. For more information about setting or editing your sharing preferences, see Your Peer Community Sharing Preferences.
