View Your Work, Personal, and Payroll Information

- New Profile user interface -

In Profile, in the Personal > About Me screen, you can see read-only information about your work details, personal details, and payroll. Reviewing these details can help you confirm that your records are accurate and up to date.

The sections below provide more information about some of the details that you can see in each section of the screen. The sections you see, and the information in each section, can differ depending on your access permissions and regional settings.

Information in the profile header

The header section at the top of your profile shows some key details:

  • Job or position name and employee number are shown under your name. Click the name of your role to see the job description, if it’s available.
  • Under Manager, your manager’s name and job or position are shown. Click the name of your manager’s role to see the job description, if it’s available.
  • Under Location, your department and location are shown.
  • Under Length of Service, your hire date and length of service are shown. If you have more than one hire date, for example you have been rehired, the most recent hire date is shown.

Work information section

The details shown in the Work information section depend on what’s relevant to you, and how your organization has configured Profile. The section can show key details about your current position and work history, including:

  • Location and department
  • Position and job assignment details
  • Status (for example, active or on leave)
  • Original hire date, first day worked, and seniority date
  • ACA benefits measurement period

Use this section to confirm that your work information reflects your current employment status.

Personal information section

The Personal information section shows details such as:

  • Marital status
  • Gender
  • Dependents
  • Beneficiaries

Some fields might show messages explaining that the information is unavailable if that data isn’t in your profile.

Payroll information

The Payroll section provides an overview of your pay and banking information, including:

  • Pay class (for example, full time or part time)
  • Pay group
  • Pay type (for example, hourly or salaried)
  • Hourly rate, salary, or remuneration (click View to see your pay information if it’s hidden for privacy)
  • Banking details
  • Delivery options for year-end forms such as W-2 or 1095-C
