- New Profile user interface -
In Profile, in the Personal > Letters screen, you can view and download letters that you’ve received through Dayforce. Letters might include important employment-related documents, such as job updates, policy updates, or other communications that need your review and, sometimes, a response.
Note: You can’t respond to letters in this screen. To respond to a letter, open it in Message Center or in the notification email you received.
The screen shows your letters in a list, including ones you’ve already acted on and ones that are still pending. The list shows each letter’s title, date, and status:
The list shows 10 letters at a time, and you can use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to see more. Click the column headers to sort the list by name, date received, or status.
You can click the name of a letter to open it. When you open a letter, note the following:
- The letter's status is shown in a banner at the top.
- If you provided an electronic signature for the letter, the View Signed Document button is shown in the header. Click the button to view and download the signature.
- To download files that you received with the letter, click the attachment links at the bottom of the letter.
- To download a PDF version of the letter for your records, click Download at the top right of the letter. For some letters, the Download drop-down list includes the selections Letter with banner or Letter only, which you can use to customize the PDF output.
The acknowledgment checkbox and Accept and Reject buttons aren't shown, and you can’t change the letter response on this screen. If you need to accept or reject a letter, you can do so from the link in the letter notification that you received by email or in Message Center.
