Unalign Goals

You can separate goals that are no longer relevant to one another by unaligning the child goal from its parent in Performance > Goals. Any child goals associated with the goal that you’re unaligning are also separated and remain with the unaligned goal.

Before You Begin: You can only unalign goals that you created.

To unalign a goal:

  1. Go to Performance > Goals and select the goal sub-tab that contains the goal you want to unalign.
  2. Click the action icon () and then select Unalign Goal.
  3. The application displays a dialog box confirming that you want to unalign the goal from its parent goal.
  4. Click OK. The two goals are unaligned, and the name of the previously aligned goal is removed from the goal details.
