Save Timesheets as Templates

If you consistently work the same hours, or if you want to begin inputting weekly time for other weeks based on the hours you logged for the current week, you can create templates of these hours in Work > Timesheet. By creating templates, you can quickly copy a timesheet to other weeks.

To save timesheets as a template:

  1. Go to Work > Timesheet and load the week that you want to copy.
  2. Do one of the following, depending on your configuration:
    • In the Copy drop-down list, click Copy to Template.
    • Click the arrow in the appropriate weekly information card, and select Copy to Template in the drop-down list.
  3. Enter a template name.
  4. Click Save.
