Record Dependents

You can add, view, and edit information of your dependents in the Current Dependent Information form under the Profile section in the enrollment. You can also view and edit information of your existing dependents in the Forms tab of Benefits:

List of dependents.

You can click Add in the Current Dependent Information form to add new dependents in the enrollment. The Nationality drop-down list is shown only for employees in Singapore pay groups.

When you add new dependents and submit the enrollment, the dependents are saved in Dayforce immediately even if an approval workflow is assigned to the enrollment. If the Current Dependent Information form is submitted outside an enrollment, the assigned workflow will apply.

You can edit your dependent's personal information, primary address, other address, and phone number in the Edit Dependent panel by clicking View/Edit.

To edit any section in the Edit Dependent panel, click the icon next to the section:

If you have added a spouse as a current dependent, the form might display the Offered Medical Coverage Elsewhere field. You can use this field to indicate that your spouse has offered coverage elsewhere.
