Measure Progress for Completed Career Plans

When you complete a career plan, the Career Explorer feature invites you to complete a self-assessment to measure your progress toward your goal. You can take this self-assessment from the Career Explorer home page or the career plan details.

Before You Begin: After you complete the self-assessment, the career plan becomes read-only and can no longer be edited. However, you can still delete the plan at any time.

To complete a career plan self-assessment:

  1. Go to Career Explorer.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • In the What's next section, click Complete self-assessment on the Measure your progress card, and then click Start for the completed plan.
    • In the My career plans section, click the card for the completed plan, and then click Take self-assessment.
  3. Answer the displayed questions.
  4. Click Finish.

Your proficiency levels for the associated skills are updated in Career Explorer and in your career profile according to your answers in this self-assessment.
