When you complete a career plan, the Career Explorer feature invites you to complete a self-assessment to measure your progress toward your goal. You can take this self-assessment from the Career Explorer home page or the career plan details.
Before You Begin: After you complete the self-assessment, the career plan becomes read-only and can no longer be edited. However, you can still delete the plan at any time.
To complete a career plan self-assessment:
- Go to Career Explorer.
- Do one of the following:
- In the What's next section, click Complete self-assessment on the Measure your progress card, and then click Start for the completed plan.
- In the My career plans section, click the card for the completed plan, and then click Take self-assessment.
- Answer the displayed questions.
- Click Finish.
Your proficiency levels for the associated skills are updated in Career Explorer and in your career profile according to your answers in this self-assessment.
