Before You Begin: You can enter information about managed care providers only for mobile and web enrollments in the United States.
The Managed Care Providers screen shows after selecting health plans configured for the following sections in the enrollment process:
- Medical Plans
- Dental Plans
- Vision Plans
- Other Health Plans
- Other Benefits Plans
The Managed Care Providers screen collects information only for plan options selected in the previous screen and shows multiple times during enrollment based on how your enrollment was configured. Save the details by entering the relationship and managed care provider ID for yourself and all covered dependents.
The fields are optional, or mandatory based on how the plans were configured for the enrollment. If entering managed care provider details are optional, you cannot continue by entering one field and leaving the other field blank. Ensure that you enter both the Relationship and Managed Care Provider ID fields to proceed.
