You can cancel any shift trade while it’s still pending. By default, shifts can be pending when waiting for:
- Manager or supervisor approval.
- A coworker to pick up a shift you've posted.
- A coworker to accept a swap.
Note: Depending on how Dayforce is configured, you might be able to cancel shift trades that your manager has approved. For more information, contact your system administrator.
To cancel pending shift trades:
- Go to Work > Calendar.
- Select the day containing the pending shift trade and click Shift trade > Revoke shift trade.
- In the Revoke shift trade slide-out panel, select the trade and click Revoke.
