Build Plans for Career Opportunities

In the Career Explorer feature, you can build career development plans based on the skills required for specific positions within your organization.

Before You Begin: If it's your first time using Career Explorer, you'll have to confirm your career profile and add skills before building a career plan. See Get Started with Career Explorer.

To build a development plan for a new or growth opportunity:

  1. Go to Careers > Career Explorer.
  2. In the What do you want to explore? section, do one of the following:
  3. Click Build plan.
  4. Enter the plan details. See Career Plan Details.
  5. Click Save.

After adding the plan, you can add activities to help track and advance the plan's progress.
