In the Benefits feature, you can access the active enrollments for which you're eligible, review your current and past benefit summaries, maintain and submit benefit-related forms, and upload documents for dependent verification.
The Benefits feature is available in both the new user interface (UI) and the original UI. In the new UI, you can access the following screens in the left sidebar:
- Overview
- Current Elections
- Forms
- History
- Dependent Verification
In the original UI, these same screens are available as tabs at the top of the screen.
If your benefits administrator has enabled the new UI for your organization, you see the updated interface. Otherwise, the original interface is shown.
This guide uses the new UI for the Benefits feature. If you’re still using the original UI, some screen labels and elements may differ.
Note: Dayforce shows currencies and field labels based on the country of your benefit plan in Benefits.
If you're rehired within a specific duration after termination, you will be automatically re-enrolled into your previous benefits plan with your dependents. For this to occur, your previous benefits plan should allow automatic re-enrollment. If you're automatically re-enrolled to your previous benefits plan, you won't receive a New Hire enrollment to make changes to your previous elections.
