Depending on how Dayforce is configured, you might be able to attach files to your time away from work requests. This functionality is available if the Create Time Off Request slide-out panel shows the Document Privacy and Retention section:
Before you can attach files to your request, you must review privacy disclaimer text and verify that you agree with the terms.
Note: Your instance of Dayforce might show different disclaimer text than the text shown in the example screenshot above.
To attach files to your time away from work request in the Create Time Off Request slide-out panel:
- Review the disclaimer text in the Document Privacy and Retention section.
- Click I Agree. Dayforce shows the Supporting Documents section.
- Click Upload Files.
- In the Upload Files dialog box that opens, click Browse for file(s) and select the files that you want to upload. You can also drag and drop files into the file window.
- Click Upload. Dayforce shows the uploading progress. When all of the files have uploaded successfully, the dialog box closes. The uploaded files are listed in the Supporting Documents section.
If necessary, you can select a file in the list and click Delete, and then click OK to confirm the deletion.
