Apply Templates

To apply templates:

  1. Go Work > Timesheet and load a period.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • In the Copy drop-down list, click Copy from Template.
    • Click the arrow in the appropriate weekly information card and select Copy from Template in the drop-down menu.
    • Note: This card appears only when Dayforce is configured to show timesheets by pay period.
  3. In the Templates list, select the template that you want to apply.
  4. Click Load.

When you apply a template, the Undo Apply Template button appears in the toolstrip. When you click it, Dayforce removes the template from the timesheet. To reapply the template, click Redo Apply Template.

To delete a template, do one of the following:

  • Click Copy > Copy from Template, select a template, and then click Delete.
  • Click the arrow in a weekly information card and select Copy from Template in the drop-down menu. Select a template and then click Delete.
