Align Personal Goals with Shared Goals

When a goal is shared with you, you have the option of aligning it with one of your personal goals.

To align an existing personal goal with a shared goal:

1. Go to Performance > Goals.
2. In the My Goals tab, expand the goal that you want to align, and then click Align.
3. The application opens a dialog box where you can select the goal you want to align with.
3. In the Goal Type drop-down list, select Shared Goals.
4. The application displays a list of all the goals that have been shared with you.
4. Select the shared goal that you want to align your goal with, and then click Save.
5. The application closes the dialog box and aligns the two goals in Performance.
