Add Pay Adjustments in Employee Timesheet

Before You Begin: Dayforce shows these fields only if it’s configured to add pay adjustments. For more information, contact your supervisor.

To add a pay adjustment:

  1. Go to Employee Timesheet and load a week.
  2. Select the cell representing the appropriate day for the pay adjustment.
  3. Click the down arrow next to the add shift icon, and then click Add New Pay Adjustment.
  4. In the Pay Adjustment dialog box, specify the details of the pay adjustment and, optionally, include a comment and reference date.
  5. Click OK, and then Save.
