Before You Begin: Dayforce shows these fields only if it’s configured to add pay adjustments. For more information, contact your supervisor.
To add a pay adjustment:
- Go to Employee Timesheet and load a week.
- Select the cell representing the appropriate day for the pay adjustment.
- Click the down arrow next to the add shift icon, and then click Add New Pay Adjustment.
- In the Pay Adjustment dialog box, specify the details of the pay adjustment and, optionally, include a comment and reference date.
- Click OK, and then Save.
