Add Development Plans

In the Development Plans feature, you can create development plans for a variety of reasons. For example, you might create a plan to improve performance or enhance skills.

To add a development plan:

  1. Go to Development Plans and click the My plans tab.
  2. Click Add plan.
  3. Enter the details for the development plan. See Development Plan Detail Fields.
  4. Click Save to publish the plan immediately, or click Save as draft to publish later and add the draft to the Draft plans tab. See Publish Draft Development Plans.

After saving the plan, you can add activities to help identify and track the tasks needed to achieve your goals. See Add Activities to Development Plans.
