Access Your Year End Tax Forms - New Earnings User Interface

In the Earnings feature, you can open the Year End Forms tab to view and print your year end tax forms such as W-2, T4, and 1099 statements.

View your year end tax forms

To view your year end tax forms:

1. Go to Earnings and click the Year End Forms tab. Dayforce shows the tax forms for the current year and for previous years.
2. Click the year of the tax form you want to view. Then, select the tax form of your choice.
3. (Optional) To open the tax form's instructions, click the Click here for Form Instructions link.
4. (Optional) To print the tax form physically or to generate a PDF, click Print.
