In Document Explorer, you can view employee documents that you have access to in one convenient location, rather than having to navigate between features to see all of the documents. Further, you can also delete, tag, and comment on documents.
Note: Candidate documents such as offer letters, resumes, and supporting documents aren't available in Document Explorer, and are restricted to the Recruiting feature.
Document Retention
In general, uploaded documents in Document Explorer don’t expire or get automatically deleted. They stay in Dayforce until you delete them. However, if your organization uses retention policies configured in System Admin > Data Management Center, documents covered by those policies are removed according to the policies.
