Use the Notification Status Screen in Conjunction with Error Emails

When a notification for a given subscriber reaches an error state, the Dayforce Notification Publisher sends an email to the email address configured for the subscriber.

Email that is sent when an email address is configured for a subscriber.

The email provides a link to Dayforce that directs the user to the error notification record. When the link is clicked, the following sequence of events takes place:

  1. A browser window opens and shows the Dayforce login screen.
  2. The user must authenticate with Dayforce.
  3. If the user has multiple roles available, the user must select a role that has access to the Notification Status feature.
  4. The Notification Status feature loads.
    1. The filter criteria appears with the notification ID, subscriber, and appropriate date range.
    2. The upper data grid displays the error record.
