When a notification for a given subscriber reaches an error state, the Dayforce Notification Publisher sends an email to the email address configured for the subscriber.
The email provides a link to Dayforce that directs the user to the error notification record. When the link is clicked, the following sequence of events takes place:
- A browser window opens and shows the Dayforce login screen.
- The user must authenticate with Dayforce.
- If the user has multiple roles available, the user must select a role that has access to the Notification Status feature.
- The Notification Status feature loads.
- The filter criteria appears with the notification ID, subscriber, and appropriate date range.
- The upper data grid displays the error record.
