Request and Activate Your Dayforce Card

To request your physical Dayforce Wallet Card:

1. On the Mailing Address screen, tap Yes to confirm, or tap No, enter a different address to have your card sent to a different address.
   After you confirm the mailing address, you get a message that the card has been requested.
2. Tap You're Done!
   Your physical Dayforce Wallet Card will be sent to you by mail. US users can access and use their digital card details right away. See View Your Digital Card Details (US).
3. Note: Digital card details are available to users in all US states with the exception of New York state.

Activate Your Dayforce Wallet Card

When you receive your physical card and welcome letter in the mail, you must activate your Dayforce Wallet Card before you can use it.

To activate your Dayforce Wallet Card:

1. Call the toll-free activation number provided in the welcome letter.
2. Follow the activation prompts.
