You can request a replacement for your Dayforce Wallet Card if it's lost, stolen, or damaged. If your card is damaged, you'll receive a replacement with the same card details. If your card is lost or stolen, a new card will be sent with new details, and your old card will be deactivated. You can also request a replacement if you never received your original card.
To request a replacement card:
- Tap Account.
- Tap the Replace Card.
- Tap Replace Card again. If you need immediate assistance, tap Report unauthorized use instead.
- Select a reason for your replacement.
- Review and update your information as needed, then tap Yes, Replace Card.
- Tap Done.
The Home screen shows updates once your card is shipped and on its way.
