Replace Your Dayforce Card (US Only)

You can request a replacement for your Dayforce Wallet Card if it's lost, stolen, or damaged. If your card is damaged, you'll receive a replacement with the same card details. If your card is lost or stolen, a new card will be sent with new details, and your old card will be deactivated. You can also request a replacement if you never received your original card.

To request a replacement card:

  1. Tap Account.
  2. Tap the Replace Card.
  3. Tap Replace Card again. If you need immediate assistance, tap Report unauthorized use instead.
  4. Select a reason for your replacement.
  5. Review and update your information as needed, then tap Yes, Replace Card.
  6. Tap Done.

The Home screen shows updates once your card is shipped and on its way.
