You might need to disconnect your current Dayforce account from your Dayforce Wallet account, or connect a new one. For example, if you leave an employer that uses Dayforce Wallet and then join another employer that also uses it, you will need to disconnect the old Dayforce account and connect your new one.
Disconnect from Your Dayforce Account
To disconnect from your Dayforce account:
- On the Account screen, tap your employer's name in the DayforceAccount section.
- Tap Disconnect from this Dayforce account.

Tap Disconnect in the confirmation dialog box.
The app displays a message that there are no active funding accounts until a new one is connected.
Connect a New Dayforce Account
Before You Begin: You must have the Dayforce app installed on your device, or have received a Dayforce Quick Connect code from your manager. See Connect Your Dayforce Wallet Account to Your Employee Record.
To connect a new Dayforce account after disconnecting one:
- On the Account screen, tap the Employer field in the Dayforce Account section.
- Tap Get Connected.

Choose a connection option:
- Connect to Dayforce: Tap this option if you don’t have a Dayforce Quick Connect code, and you have the Dayforce mobile app installed on your device. The app opens the Dayforce mobile app for you to log in using your credentials or single sign-on (SSO).
- I have a Dayforce Quick Connect code: Tap this option if you have a Dayforce Quick Connect code, and then enter your code.
- Don’t have an account: Tap this option if you don’t have a Dayforce account. The app confirms that you need a Dayforce account before you can use the Dayforce Wallet app.
- Tap the checkbox next to each statement to agree.
- Depending on where you are located, the app asks if you owe any taxes outside of your home country. Tap Yes or No.
- Tap Next. If you tapped Yes in the previous step, answer the follow-up questions and tap Next again.

Check your legal name, date of birth, and address. If the information is correct, tap Looks Good. Otherwise, tap This information is not correct to confirm your information in Dayforce, or contact your manager for assistance.
After you verify your information, the app shows the Mailing Address screen to confirm that this is where you want to receive your Dayforce Wallet Card.
